Urgent/rush projects are billed a 20% surcharge
Retainer package
10% Discounted hourly rate for recurring monthly services.
By using a retainer package you will be saving money.
If you purchase 10/hours per month at a 10% retainer discount you will be saving $40 per month, and you will be getting one hour of service FREE.

Policies
-Clients are required to sign a contract prior to project initiation.
-Project expenses such as, but not limited to, postage, shipping, printing, etc will be charged separately at the cost per item.
Projects policies
-$40 USD minimum charge for all services and projects.
-Project billable time is charged in 15 minute increments.
-A 50% deposit payment is required prior to project initiation.
-Full payment is required prior to final project delivery.
-Project change orders received after the final project delivery are billed at the standard hourly rate.
Retainer package policies
-All retainer hours must be used in the given month. Unused hours are not carried over into the next month.
-Retainer payments are due in advance and paid monthly.
-Additional hours beyond the retainer will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
